Frequently Asked Questions

Our Philosophy and Training Process

At Civil Canine, we focus on working with the individual dog in front of us, employing the most effective techniques available to bring out their best qualities.

Our balanced training approach begins with a positive, motivational strategy to establish clear behavioural expectations.

We then incorporate training tools to teach clear communication and boundaries, guiding your dog through situations where simple treats may not be sufficient.

Our goal is to ensure that your dog returns home with their beloved personality and quirks intact, while also providing the structure and boundaries that bring you peace of mind in your daily life.

Our Hybrid program is perfect for clients that want to start the foundations on their own, but want some help with the more complicated stuff through the board and train program at the end.
